To invite another helper into a chat and let them have the Fastpath UI rather than the regular group chat UI:
1. Click the invite button
2. Don't select the helper, select the support workgroup
3. In the chat request topic specify who it is you're looking to invite.
This will send the invite to the queue, and hopefully everyone who is offered the request will read that you've requested someone specific and decline the offer. -

If a user is having a problem that may be caused by an add-on, try finding that add-on's page on http://addons.mozilla.org and check the comments to see if other users have reported the same problem. If they have, they'll often post a workaround if one is available (or suggest the user do this themselves).

To make searching the knowledge base easier, add a Smart Keyword http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Smart+keywords
1. Go to http://support.mozilla.com
2. Right click in the search box
3. Select "Add a keyword for this search"
4. Name it and give it a keyword, like "sumo"
5. Type "sumo bookmarks" in the url bar and hit enter (or whatever else you want to search on).
You'll be taken straight to the search results page.
